Corporate Surveillance, Covert Competitive Intelligence.
Corporate Surveillance,
Competitive Intelligence -
is the monitoring of a individuals, groups or a competitors
business activities. The sole purpose of this type of
investigation is to gather "real data" to assist in the decision
making process by CEO's or Directors of an organization.
The Process: - From the inception of a case, in
which the agency is requested to provide short or long termed
surveillance, our agency must, first determine what resources are
required to complete the task. Resources may include a specialist,
professional models or simply stated, a simple janitor. Certain
training is required after completing an in-depth profile of a
potential operative.
Normally it takes this agency approximately 15-30 days to train
and prepare covert operatives for a selected, long-term undercover
assignments. The covert operative must "fit- in" with the
environment. Not all licensed investigators are computer forensic
experts or professional bartenders, models or accountants. Certain
operations requires special expertise. Potential client must
understand, that in order to infiltrate; a potential operative
will require certain "refinement."
The Data Collected is most often used for
mergers, partnerships investments or for research and development.
Also the information can be used as a form of business
intelligence, which enables a corporation /client to better tailor
their products, services or strategy.
